Frank E. Levine is a patent agent at Yee & Associates, P. C.. Mr. Levine earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree at Tufts University and a Master of Science Degree at Purdue University. At Purdue University, after passing qualifiers for a doctorate in Mathematics, he switched to computer science and started his carrier as a software engineer at IBM.

Mr. Levine had a long history of innovation in software and hardware at IBM. Mr. Levine authored papers and was an inventor of over 200 patents filed by IBM.

After leaving IBM as an employee, Mr. Levine returned as an independent contractor in their virtual law firm. In this new role, he performed various duties, including preparing, filing and prosecuting patent applications.

Mr. Levine also provided intellectual property support on Upwork where he achieved a ”Top Rated Plus” status before joining Yee & Associates.

Mr. Levine is primarily involved in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Mr. Levine his experience includes computer, communication, and electronic related technologies. These technologies also include computer hardware and software, telecommunications, and data storage systems.

Mr. Levine is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
